Mike is a Master Butcher and has over 35 years experience in the trade. Sarah makes her own home made sausages, faggots and burgers. Between the two of them and the fantastic team they have built around them, they run the shop in Whitburn Street and provide quality outside catering, including Pig Roasts, BBQ's, Carveries etc., suitable for Weddings and large events.
Locally sourced
All meat is sourced locally within a 12 mile radius, with beef and lamb sourced direct from local farms or from the Bridgnorth livestock market. Pork and poultry is all free-range, local and from semi-rare breeds. Whether its a trip to Bingley Hall to purchase Champion Turkeys, or purchasing award / prize winning animals from local shows and markets, Mike and Sarah have two simple rules - it must be local - and it must be the best. Home Made
Sarah takes charge of all their home made foods. Award winning sausages, along with faggots, burgers, black pudding, scotch eggs and haggis. They are all top quality and as fresh as you can get, and all their cooked meats are lovingly home cooked. Knowing that the best quality, local meat has gone in to all of their products, and they've been freshly prepared on site, perhaps explains why Sarah's home made meat products are so popular.
