I have used Steve Richmond carpets many times and the service has always been exceptional. Be it carpet cleaning or fitting everything has always been completed on time with minimal fuss. Tim is always friendly when he comes to clean the carpets and goes out of his way to provide a very good service. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve Richmond caroets to family and friends.

I am a single parent with an adult son with disabilities.Steve and his team have helped me mke a safe environment for my son to wheel or walk downstairs.

Over three years they have laid specialist lino in one room after another, one room at a time, as I could afford it.Steve has allowed me to pay monthly till the debt was cleared. Then we do the next room to match.

They are all kind and polite, and easy to have in our home.My son has autistic tendencies, and he is very wary of new people, but he accepts and likes Steve's team. I recommend them to any others in a similar position.
