Once Upon a Playtime Testimonials

Good points:

The play area is large
Split areas; one area for big kids and one for smaller kids.
When busy, people take tickets and have an allotted time so everyone gets a go.

Bad points:

Always extremely cold - no heating. Bring a jumper or keep your coat on.
Staff could use a little more training.
Some foods on the menu are never in stock.
Toilets were small, dark, dirty and were in portacabins inside the building where it's not very safe - children can easily climb underneath them.

Went for 1st time yesterday. Very good,4yr old Son really enjoyed time and stayed for about 3 hours. Enjoyed playing Football with other Children, wasn't overly busy so seating area was suitable. However, I think it would become very crowded/busy once more people are aware of it/weekends. Prices in Cafe reasonable and food was nice. Staff friendly. One bad point is the Toilets which were small/dark and dirty, this would put some people of, my Son wasn't happy about going to them. Would go again and recommend (especially if the toilets got sorted out!. Thinking of booking for my Sons Birthday party soon!!!
