I feel compelled to write to you formally to thank not only yourself, but also Roger David and your kitchen installation team led by lee Cullen for the wonderful new kitchen that was recently installed at our property. The installation involved the removal of a large structural wall between two rooms as well as a passageway to allow us to have a much larger kitchen area than before. The constructional work also involved the renewal of the floor, new
ceiling, new kitchen window and a new doorway to the rear as well as the
re-plastering of the complete area prior to kitchen installation.

The time, effort and painstaking attention to detail In the kitchen planning phase by Roger David has resulted in a kitchen layout that is now a joy to live with and is the central hub for our busy lives with a young family.

The factors that strike me most about the installation were the attention to detail and the experience of all those concerned, which both assisted in minimising disruption over the two week installation period. The level of experience of the fitters helped enormously to provide us peace of mind in that the task was carried out to exacting standards of craftsmanship which everybody involved should be extremely proud of.

I am writing to say thank you for the wonderful service and after sales service you personally provide at Just Kitchens (South Wales) Ltd. We had our Kitchen re-fitted with you last summer, and during the fit we had a few problems, which on contact with yourself were sorted out without any fuss.

After the refit, as with many things you need to have things tweaked to get things correct, these were done yet again without any fuss or bother. And this week more than 12 months after the re-fit one of the under unit lights started to play up, and again after just one phone call it was sorted, this type of service is second to none.
