Hawkeye replaced our CCTV System recently at our factory (South Wales Metal Finishing Ltd) and were exceptionally efficient, friendly and Professional.We are delighted with the whole system, it is excellent quality, easy to use and far superior to our previous equipment. We are now able to observe our factory remotely via i- phones, i-pads and laptop. All the work was carried out very neatly, quickly, affordably and at our convenience. I purchased an alarm from an inexperienced sales guy and Mark from Hawk-eye who had been contracted to fit the alarm, quickly spotted a problem. After a long discussion with Mark a suitable solution was found which would allow the alarm to be fitted as discretely as possible. I have been suitably impressed his extremely professional approach to the installation of the system. Dealing directly with the alarm company he was able to convey my issues and frustrations clearly and succinctly, working to produce an acceptable and practical solution which addressed my needs and also all the details overlooked by the salesman. Mark has shown himself to be an extremely friendly, polite and courteous indifividual. His sound work ethic ensured the final installation was completed quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption to my household. My home and contents throughout the installation process were treated as if his own , with a high level of care and respect; a quality not often seen in tradesmen whose sole aim is to complete their work as soon as possible. He took the time to ensure that the installation was completed to a high standard, that it reflected my requirements and that I was confident in the operation of the system before he left. What started out as a nightmare only turned itself around by Mark's willingness to take a step back from the initial problems and work to produce a plan that would meet my requirements. This may have meant taking what was not necessarily the easiest option but he worked hard to accommodate my needs. The end result is a very satisfied customer with a quality product, professionally installed which will provide me with peace of mind for many years to come.

Thank you for the fast, friendly and professional job you undertook at my house. After our burglary my wife was very upset and did not feel secure at all in our house after the burglars had been through every room in the house and stolen a lot of cash and most of our electrical goods. The local police who attended after the burglary recommended you as he had just had an alarm installed in his house. We rang you on the Monday and you popped in on the Tuesday to give us a price which was very reasonable and you could see the state my wife was in so you managed to fit the alarms for us on the Thursday. The need for a feeling of security cannot be over emphasised when elderly relatives are concerned. Mark has installed his systems at my mother home and my aunty's house. Mark Hawins was appointed in Januarty 2006 by the manufacturer as their engineer for the support and servicing of my intruder alarms. Mark recently installed a wireless alarm system at our new house. The installation was both clean and efficient, the service we received was excellent at the appointed time. The product purchased was good value for money and the added security of the system gives us peace of mind. We are exceptionally pleased and will highly recommend you to our friends, family and buisness associates.

We fell into the trap of believing you get the best from well know businesses - NOT TRUE. Quite reasaonably our insurers required a good level of security at our premises so we had two well known firms to provide the security alarm and carry out security monitoring. However, over the years we noticed the lack of maintenance calls from the alarm company and exorbitant additional fees from the monitoring company. Eventually we took a closer look at the services provided and the standard fees we were paying. Needless to say we were being "ripped off." Through BNI we called in Mark of Hawk-Eye Security Systems Limited who pointed out further problems with the service we had received from the alarm company. He fitted a new full system for the equivalent of two years maintenance with the old firm. As a bonus we were able to drop our insurance fees. The service from Mark was brilliant. After ascertaining our needs he offered three types of alarm system. He then sources and fitted the chosen system. IN addition he provided tuition on the use of the system to the staff. This tale has two morals: 1. Don't trust the big boys and 2. Use Mark at Hawk-Eye for your security needs.

Excellent service in installing an extremely cost-effective alarm system at our new offices. The inclusion of an auto-dialler that calls my mobile if there is an activation is excellent and much better value that the alternative monitering option.
