We have been storing our caravan with Storewithus Bridgend for many years. Being a CaSSOA Gold Award storage site helps reduce your Insurance Premium, due to the safety and security on site. We would like to see an official washing area for the vans away from the loose gravel and entrance to the site. On ocassions we have had problems with the presure washer and unfortunately it's always when you most need to clean the van. Would also like to see a layby outside of the site so that you can pull into it prior to swipping your card at the entrance. It's a busy entrance with a hardware company directly opposite the entrance.All staff are helpfull and obliging and that goes for the Unit Rentals side of the business as well. H. & J. Davies. I store my caravan at Store with Us because of the excellent security and helpful staff. I would like to see the storage yard have tarmac laid as the surface is not the best and a wash down bay would be useful. I am happy to keep my caravan here even though there are cheaper storage centres available.

I cannot fault the security of the site itself. That's the reason why it is Gold secure rated.I've only been storing my caravan with Storewithus us a year now and the service is excellent.My only gripe is the condition of the roads inside the facility, around the back of the main office. I've noticed that there are a considerable amount of pot holes which over the last year have been getting increasingly worse. It's especially bad when it's been raining because the holes fill with water and you can't tell how deep the hole is. Trying to weave your caravan around them has become a bit of an obstacle course.I do feel that this needs to be addressed and I'm not alone on this one either. Please spend some money on resurfacing the roads and your facility would warrant five stars from me, but until then I'll only give you four
We have stored our caravan at Store with Us for just over a year, the compound had always been clean and well maintained. It is well laid out and easily accessible but most importantly a very secure site for our caravan. We have had no problems to date and our contact with the owners have always been polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to store something.
Store with us are a professional business. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much for them in helping you get the best out of storage needs. I was given help to move some heavy items I was struggling with when I first moved my things to Store with us. I store my Harley Davidson plus many household items and for a few weeks my VW T5 was stored. I am very happy with the service they have provided and making sure the unit was clean and in tiptop condition for my Harley before I moved it in. I think the charges are fair for what is provided and the security is excellent. I wanted 24/7 security and a safe place for my precious Harley and I got it. My whole experience with them have been impressive and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Whatever my storage needs are now and in the future I will always use Store With Us. Thanks for all your help guys, top job!
I am first year caravaners and this is the first time i have used this facility and i have to say since May i have found the storeage is kept clean and tidy, aways a warm welcome from staff members and the other people who use the facility are polite chatable and helpful in all it is a great community, i will certainly reccommend to friends and others who want to store, Thank you

I have stored my caravan for number of years now at store with us, it's nice to know that once you've unhitched you can return home knowing that everything will still be there when you next turn up to go travelling again A contact number at the gate would be handy in case you have difficulties opening the gates as i have on occasions, roads could be a little better otherwise you don't get any better than this
I have not used a storage company before so have nothing to compare it to.We have been storing our Medical Mobile Screening Unit at Bridgend for some months now and find it very accessible. I've had my caravan at Storewithus for 3 years now. The site is secure. The surface is variable - some parts excellent, some soft, and some that don't drain well, leaving damp under the caravan. Staff have been helpful generally, but unfortunately not prepared to do short stays (i.e. a month or two), which would have helped my neighbour sell his caravan.
We have stored our caravan with Store With Us for 2 years and have found the facilities and service of a high standard. Their security gives us confidence and the proprietors and staff are friendly and helpful.
Store with us, are a family run business, they are brilliant and an outstanding service as always!!, reasonable in price (not the cheapest), however you get what you pay for!!! Pay for the best and get the best and that's what this is all about!!! They are great bunch of staff and access to my stuff 24/7, top security and very helpful staff. I would use them over and over. (Make no mistake they are very best in storage business, very clean and professional, I used many storage companies in the past and wasn't pleased with service or damaged goods left), however I have not had one problem with Store with Us, they are a 5 star company, keep up the hard work guys! thanks again for all your help and support. We store our caravan with them and was surprised one day last winter, when there was 8 inces of snow and we could not get the gate open properly due to the depth of snow slowing the electronic gate. The owner turned up to give us a hand, as he had been watching the cameras at home on his PC (it was a Sunday) and seen us struggling with the gate. It gives us a comfortable feeling knowing that they are still working to protect the place even on days off!
Neat, clean, efficient and the team are considered as friends. Our caravan is safe and accessible at all times. This company does what it says on the tin!
