When I approached you with a set of drawings for my summer house, I was unsure how you would react as other companies had not been willing to accept such a commission. ... your workforce is without doubt the best I have come across. The weather was at its worst ... however, nothing it seems can stop your chaps. In addition they displayed a very good humour in the face of considerable difficulties caused by the conditions, and even cleaned up after them despite my encouraging them to leave the small amount of sawdust etc and take shelter.
