Y Bont is a local charity supporting babies, young children with disabilities and learning difficulties and their families throughout the Bridgend area. We rely on the work of local fund raisers to help us deliver high quality care and early learning activities. We are happy to provide information to all families who may feel that they can benefit from our support. We welcome help from fundraisers.
