WHAT ARE THEY?
Kangoo Mania uses the latest craze footwear - Kangoo Jumps - they are safe rebound cross-training shoes providing many health and fitness benefits including reducing impact by up to 80% on joints. They are perfect for absolute beginners to the more advanced.
They are also a fantastic calorie burner and more importantly they are TERRIFIC fun!
SESSIONS
One-to-one: 1-2-1 sessions are available, it is important to call to book as we do not want to disappoint.
Group classes: these are classes for absolutely beginners to the more advanced. Again booking is essential as we have to allocate our Kangoo Jumps footwear.
All you need is comfy exercising clothes and socks, socks must be worn.
