Bits & Bytes are always helpful and friendly. Tracy has been fantastic sorting out the problems with my computer.
I have used Bits and Bytes for several years now and allways found them really helpful from buying new equitment from them to having them sort out any computor problems. What ever the problem Tracey allways seems to know a answer at a reasonable price unlike the big companies I have used in the past. I highly recomend them .
Always welcoming when visiting with a problem. Tracy is knowledgeable on her subject and soon finds the problem and the sensible solution. In addition, she doesn't just hand back the repaired item but, in addition, she is either happy to answer any subsequent queries or, on occasions, is able to load some helpful free software. I would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone who has a compuer or lap-top problem.
