and other community organisations)
Willesden is one of Brent's lively town centres. As a joint initiative between Brent Council, local businesses and other stakeholder organisations e.g. The Police, the Willesden Town Centre Partnership forum seeks to improve the town making it an attractive and desirable place through business regeneration and development.
Various Activities
In order to create a vibrant and entertaining town centre, The Willesden Town Partnership forum encourage new investment, environmental improvements, business regeneration and development through various activities that are discussed at quarterly meetings:
- Management of regular themed events and activities - French Market and African Showcase;
- Business support programme - and shop front improvement scheme;

Networking events - for the business community of Brent;

Marketing and promotion - of Willesden town centre;

Development of a three year business plan - to run from April 2007.
When We Meet
The Willesden Town Partnership meets to review all of the past activities and events that have taken place in Brent on a quarterly basis.
During each meeting, the group of ten to fifteen members discuss any local projects that may effect Brent town centre in future months. This may be related to business regeneration and developement or other new investments ideas.
