Melanie taught my team how to use our present main data base system as well as other IT skills.

I was very impressed by the way she able assess our skills and work with us at our level of understanding, pacing our level of understanding and skills, and by utilising these leading us towards the required level of proficiency.

Melanie has wonderful communication skills and is able to put people at ease and to open them up to learning.

I attended a one-day study day on ACCESS with Melanie Berenblut at Latimer House on 3rd November this year. The quality of the training was excellent and the one day session was very enjoyable. By the end of the day I had the confidence to use and even was able to come back to my department and show a colleague how to use it. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who was unsure of how to use any computer programme.

I have met Melanie Berenblut whilst training for the European Computer Driving Licence within the CNWL NHS Trust Fundation, in November/December 2009. I found Melanie's method of teaching straightforward and easy to follow. Her training sessions were very well organised and structured to meet all students' IT skill levels. Melanie's devotion and her pleasant and encouraging approach with a "can do" attitude was very much appretiated as well as the literature and websites recommended by her. I have known Melanie Berenblut for over a year. We met whilst working for CNWL NHS Trust in her role as the Training Facilitator, I was completing my European Driving License and Melanie was my tutor.

I found Melanie to be an inspirational trainer, approachable with excellent communication skills. She was supportive and adaptable to individual training needs of the group and committed to ensuring her students reached success. Melanie always ensured the understanding of the subject, taught this well and worked at a pace suitable to the group.

Melanie was very knowledgeable in all areas of her subjects, she was always organised for lessons, punctual and provided useful reading materials to support her teaching. Her recommendations of literature, websites and other reading materials were also excellent.

It was a pleasure working with Melanie, I always found her friendly with a professional approach. I would certainly recommend her as an outstanding trainer and an asset to any organisation.
