I alongside 4 people within my business have been coached by Jenny of JRL Coaching & Consulting. She has a fantastic outlook, is always encouraging, empathetic, supportive and highly motivational. She has an ability to bring out the positive in each individual.

She has carried out 2 programmes within my business. In the first instance, she interviewed each member of my team in 2 separate locations and identified what each person liked about the Company, what they liked about their job, what they did not like and if resources were made available, what changes would each person like to see introduced to help them to become more effective and productive? She then produced a report sharing generalities, not specifics, as each person had spoken in confidence, and an action plan was created and carried out.

Once these changes had been implemented and 4 people coached with individual goals, the culture within the business changed from one of each person being out for themselves, to one of collaboration and support for each other and the Company..
