First, we contacted our insurance provider who referred us to their preferred supplier, which was a string of failures or awful service for over 2 weeks. We were left with no hot water and despite numerous chasers nothing was done to put at least a temporary fix in place. Eventually the insurance company agreed that we could use another provider and they would pay us directly. Your quote was very reasonable, you ordered the parts straight away and they were delivered when you said they would be. You were available to come again with parts very promptly and fix the issue. My tools did a fantastic job and checking if there was a gas leak in a boiler I had. In addition there were some electrical issues in the boiler and these were sorted too. Its really good to know that my tools have the certificates for both gas and electricity
