Mega - Win for Business People at the NW London Netwokring Expo

On the 29th October 09 - hundreds of Business People from and around NW London, Brent, Barnet, Hertfordshire converged at the Hendon Hall Hotel - for FREE networking at the NW London Business Networking Expo 09 - organised by Thornton Holmes of the Business Club and myself, Kesh Morjaria.

here is my "snap-shot" experience at the Expo -

• I noticed people from the same business categories exchanging ideas
• one comment I heard was "for the first time I felt I am at right place at the right time talking to the right people"
• Falguni  CEO of Falmay mentioned she made great contacts. plus she really found Mark Jacob's (mdina sales training) sales seminar very interesting. 
• TV personality's Valentine Palmer's Hollywood of Bust - enlightened people how to deliver a highly effective sales Pitch
• People commented how they were impressed with the presentation form Chris Billington Hughes of Results Corporation
• Who else is better than Andy O'Callaghan to deliver invaluable insight into team dynamics and leadership with experience at management level in Esporta, David Lloyd Leisure and Fitness First.
• I chatted with Movie and Commercial Producers who were very impressed with Lynne Cantor - from the House of Colour - who presented how to use colour and clothes to portray the image which complements us and our business.
• There was a buzz around Peter Lurie's Proactive Medical & Life stand - maybe because he was giving an apple to keep the doctor away?
• I heard that BNI Stadium, one of the exhibitors, booked quite a few visitors for their chapter
• Mobile Phone radiation is a major concern for all of us and PhoneSheild provided a much needed solution
• many visitors commented the fact that they found it relaxing as people networked without pressure and at a leisurely pace.  Also noticed how many people were helping each other.
• Bobby from the Passion launge & Bar, the first name in NW london catering, provided sumptuous exotic food for FREE - not only this but also in the process raised money for charity
• It only makes sense to take the Galopagos Cruises before they close Galopagos lslands to tourists forever.
• Anyone would be impressed to meet Web Developers Vourz with over 50 staff and over 300 clients delivering world standard web solutions.
• Every one of us uses Gas, Electricity, Phones, etc... but its getting to be a headache keeping on top of which company is the best value - therefore its a relief to find Utility Warehouse - best value voted by the consumer magazine Which.  Contact Sheena Morjaria or David Kallin  
• thebestofBrent and thebestofBarnet - were actively representing remarkable business off and online.  Here you can find the directory of, highy recommended businesses only keep the rest out. 
• There was an innovative exhibitor SUMMIT Property Maintenance who abseil from rooftops as a more cost effective solution than erecting scaffolding 
• All Architects are not the same - StudioV demonstrated that they design to maximise the value of property 
• Every Company needs to comply with the new Health  & Safety legislation and in this case ignorance is not an excuse.  I am glad health & Safety Specialists Westminster Compliance were at hand
