Get rid of the rats!

On a regular basis I walk past the end of the building that houses the Ice Rink and Mecca Bingo towards the Media Museum car park on the footpath.  As I walk along, I am faced with rats running across the path in front of me - not only when dark, but also in daylight.  Why is nothing being done about this!

Please get this piece of land cleared of the rubbish bins and get rid of the rats.
