From my first contact, our encounters were entirely pleasurable. All my requests were met (and several more besides) and all discussions were calm and efficient, as was the planning and installation. All those associated with the kitchen - Howard, Chris, Dan, Toby and Paul, and unseen others - did terrific work, in which they took pride, and were a complete pleasure to deal with - as well as being really nice guys.
