First class service -nothing too much trouble. A godsend for a widow like myself. It is nice to feel the garage and the fellows enjoy their work and put their hearts in it.

I would like to add my appreasion for the exellent service I received from the staff, together with their expertise and mechanical knowledge. My Mercedes had already been to dealers in Newbury where they had diagnosed a problem with the turbobuster costing £870+ labour to fix. Topserve diagnosed a fractured tube and fixed it within half an hour without the need for any spare parts!

Very trustworthy, friendly and honest family business. No strings attached they tell the truth of requirements with no inflationary bits added on to put up prices as some places are prone to do.

I origionally went to topserve having been let down by a local garage and my car is now driving as good as new - since they fully serviced it. On the 2 occasions since I have needed their help they have always accomodated and a courtesy car has been available. The staff are always friendly and will talk through the problem with you before they begin and always call back with a price before starting. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

I have been a regular customer of Topserve for over 5 years now. I have always found them to be excellent service, good value for money and totally up front. They always call if they find anything wrong with my car when it goes in for service and listen to my view about what gets fitted / done. In 5 years they have never ever let me down.
