Ray is fab - he MADE TIME in his busy schedule to assess the problem, suggest solutions, give a breakdown of all possible costs and drop off tap brochures! He then made time to fit a new tap (with added complications)very quickly for us indeed. He also communicates very well - there was no waiting. I completely reccommend using Modern Water Systems.

Ray Millett provides a professional and friendly service to our family, looking after our plumbing needs. He has been our local plumber for many years and approaches his job with energy and humour. He is reliable and honest, every problem he has resolved such as when our heating stopped working and with maintenance tasks like boiler service he has given us excellent service.
He goes the extra mile to look after his customers, we recommend him.
