I recently asked a plumber, Tony Chapman, of TC Plumbing, Heating and Drainage Services to quote for several items of plumbing work that needed to be done in my home.

Tony quickly arranged a home visit to assess our requirements and took the time to understand our needs and propose a solution. Shortly afterwards Tony provided a written, itemised estimate that we accepted.

We subsequently agreed a date for the work to be started and Tony and his team of plumbers arrived at the appointed time. The work was completed to specification with a few extra jobs that we came up with. We how have heat in radiators that haven't been working for several years and other plumbers have told us needed to be replaced.

After the work was completed we received a fully itemised invoice in line with the original estimate, less one item that will be done when the central heating is running.

I have seen that Tony and his team of plumbers provide a high level of personal, friendly service and do a very professional job.
