I am writing to thank you for fixing my car last week. As you know I have a recurrent problem with the exhaust gas recirculation valve with this vehicle and I recently took it in to the Main Dealer in Bournemouth for them to have a look at it.

They came back saying it was a different part causing the problem and that it was going to cost me £1250 to fix. I thought this was way too much money and didn’t agree with their diagnosis, so took it to you for a 2nd opinion. Your mechanic cleaned up the valve I thought was causing the problem and spotted a split in a hose as well, which he fixed. Since then the car has been running very sweetly and your charge was very reasonable. Problem fixed, much to my relief.

So, all in all an excellent service and one which I am happy to recommend to friends and acquaintances alike. In fact, if you weren’t such an ugly bugger, I’d probably kiss you!
