Hope FM is Bournemouth's first community radio station.
Staffed by a handful of employees and a talented army of enthusiastic volunteers, we offer local news, positive and uplifting music and chat - and a message of Hope to every listener in Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
Broadcasts start each weekday morning at 6.30 am with our Insight for Living programme, an excellent daily teaching series by Chuck Swindoll. Chuck is a fine speaker and teacher and his morning programme reflects on God's word in an often humorous and always thought provoking way.

The weekday breakfast show
Blair Crawford, Val Mylechreest, Jonathan Chadd and Jane Dobbins help listeners in Bournemouth get off to a good start with the Hope FM breakfast show.
Great songs, local news, weather and traffic reports, and great thoughts for the day all feature in this packed show between 7 and 9 am, Mondays to Fridays.
We start with some quiet time and a Godly focus to ease you into the day and we have special guests on the show to share their thoughts with us.

Bournemouth's first community radio station has a fantastic line-up of evening shows.
7pm to 8pm Mondays - Fulfilled Lives
Presented by Ann and Eric Brignall, Fulfilled Lives aims to raise awareness of people with disabilities in the community.
8pm to 9pm Tuesdays - Soundtrack to my Life
Sharon Muiruri interviews guests about their choice of music. They choose seven songs, one poem and one person from history to give a fascinating insight into their life.
7pm to 8pm Thursdays - Easy Street
Derek Diprose presents an hour of easy listening - Sinatra, Mantovani and big band songs - and occasional interview snippets.
9pm to 11pm Thursdays - The New Music Show
Join Nick Rutter as he plays single and album tracks from up and coming and established indie, rock, acoustic, world, electronica/ambient, hip hop and pop artists.
9pm to 11pm Fridays - the basshouse with Brian Oliver
Trance, drum 'n' bass, house, electro and hardcore plus a few old skool classics thrown in for good measure. The PERFECT way to start your weekend.

Generation Y is our Saturday chat show where we cover all kinds of subjects - from relationships to drugs, fashion to sex, careers to school.
