Whether you're a member or not, you're welcome at Ferndown Forest Golf Club! Ferndown Forest is a superb 18 hole pay and play golf course and club in Bournemouth. We do offer membership at extremely reasonable rates - but all our facilities are available for non-members too. To play a round of golf on this 18 hole golf course is just £16.00 on a weekday and £18.00 at the weekend or on a bank holiday. 9 holes at any time of the week will cost our non-members just £11.00.
A relaxed approach We welcome complete beginners right up to scratch handicap golfers - and there's an easy going atmosphere at this relaxed and friendly municipal golf club. For a start, we welcome groups (have you thought of bringing your friends for a round of golf as a stag celebration?) and smart jeans are allowed. Children, seniors and ladies are all welcome - and there are regular men's and ladies' fixtures and golf competitions. Clubs, trolleys and buggies are all available to hire. You can access the golf club from the A31 right behind the Dorset Police Headquarters. We're open in all weathers and a handicap is NOT required.
Becoming a member If you play golf regularly, you may well be better off becoming a member of Ferndown Forest golf course and club. There is NO joining fee - and you can choose from a range of options: - Seven day play - £525.00
- Five day play - £460.00
- Colt membership - £290.00
- Junior membership - £150.00
- Joint membership for husband and wife - £980.00.
Buggies are £15.00 per round to hire and golf trolleys are available at £3.00 per round.
Golfing societies welcomed Golf societies are very welcome at this municipal golf club. We offer reduced rates for more than ten people and if you require food on the day, this can be arranged for you with prices starting from just £5.00 per person.
