The Wedding Room are supporting the charity Reuben’s Retreat by serving as a collection point for their current fundraising drive.
Reuben’s Retreat will be, when finished, a centre for children who have life limiting and life threatening illnesses with a support and bereavement counselling centre for families who have lost their children.
In 23 months the charity raised an incredible £1 million pounds but they continue to fundraise to continue the work they have started and complete the next stages of building their centre.
They are holding their next fundraising events on October 4th, across the North West but all with a special children’s theme. Reuben’s Retreat needs businesses and individuals to donate sweets that can be sold on the evening to help raise much needed funds.
They know we’re in a difficult financial climate at the moment but if you can help even a tiny bit it will make a huge difference to Reuben’s Retreat.
The Wedding Room will be serving as a collection point for sweets. It doesn’t matter how big or small the donation is, every packet help and makes a difference. Reuben’s Retreat was founded by the Graham family, who sadly lost their son to cancer when he was only 23 months old.
