The Purple Property Shop are looking for a Sales Negotiator, somebody who is experienced in the sales process and has good knowledge of the industry.
A few roles that the successful applicant will undertake are:
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency as a Negotiator or Valuer, and also must have effective communication skills and are computer literate.
The Purple Property Shop are looking for someone who is able to work to targets and also has the ability to work within a team. You must also have a full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle.
NAEA and or ARLA Qualifications (or if you are willing to achieve this qualification) is an advantage.
The hours of the job role is 40 hours per week, working 5 in 7 days and the position requires you to work until 7pm at least one evening per week and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rota basis.
The salary will depend on experience.
