Spooktacular Halloween events in Bolton in 2013

Halloween is fast approaching so are you all prepared for the spookiest night of the year? There’s lots happening across Bolton so here’s a roundup of all the big events.

Nevada Roller Rink are holding two great Halloween parties, a family party and an adult Halloween theme night. The family party is on Sunday 27th October between 2pm and 4pm and the adult themed party is between 7pm and 10pm on Wednesday 30th October.

Hardy Hall in Little Lever is opening its doors on All Saints Day (Friday 1st November) Between 7pm and 11pm on Friday 1st November there’ll be a party for all the family with a disco, games and prizes on offer.

Smithills Hall is a very old building and has lots of history and tradition. Their friendly ghost tours are only £4 a person and are running on Thursday 31st October and then a week later on Thursday 7th November. Both are between 6.30pm and 7.30pm, although you’ll need to book first on 01204 332377. Everyone over the aged of 7 is welcome.

The Last Drop Village, Darcy Lever Cricket Club and Bradshaw Cricket Club hold popular events every year for Halloween and Bonfire Night. This year is no exception.

Bromley Cross Library in Bolton are having a spooky stories session on Halloween night itself between 6pm and 7pm. It’s free to attend and you’ll be treated to hearing some terrifying tales.  

Whatever you do, make sure you pick up your costumes from Fancy That first. Their costumes are astounding and will make you the envy of everyone who sees you in them.
