We’ve been working with Mojo Trust’s landscaping department for a while now, however we recently began a partnership with their recruitment and career advice department. So you can understand this side of the business, here’s a few facts about it.

Mojo Trust has been a registered charity since 1997 and offer a cost free employment service for over 16,000 customers a year.

They work with clients from teenagers upwards. For pre 16 year olds they provide vocational study options and then once they reach 16 the customer has access to a variety of other programmes.

Mojo Trust run apprenticeship programmes for 16-23 year olds to enable them to earn a wage and gain qualifications and experience. For people who are looking for work but don’t necessarily want to take the apprenticeship route, Mojo Trust’s advisors deliver confidential and impartial information, advice and contact.

The team even run hair and beauty training for business start-ups.

Mojo advertise vacancies on their website to fill posts, and then once customers are in a job, they run staff developing training for employed clients.
