New figures released by Rightmove have revealed that a house is for sale for 65 days on average before it is sold. This is down from 75 days in 2013.
Cambridge is the fastest selling location, taking 27 days on average to sell whilst in Powys it takes 113 days on average to sell a house. In November 2013 the average time for the previous year for a property to sell was 62 days.
