Charity Shop Volunteers – can you help?
Bolton Lads & Girls Club opened their new Charity Shop in the centre of Bolton in August. This is very much part of themraising awareness that they are a charity and do need to raise much needed funds to carry on delivering what they do in Bolton.
The Charity shop is now fully open and is looking great. The opening of this shop has given us an excellent opportunity to remind the people of Bolton that we are a Charity that needs to raise an awful lot of money each year.
The shop is be open Monday to Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Bolton Lads and Girls Club urgently need volunteers to help run the shop. Do you know anyone that could spare half a day per week? Full training will be given, however if they are from a retail background that would be advantageous.

Also they have had an overwhelming response from their staff who have been having a good clear out at home.
They are at the moment looking for donations of furniture items as these seem to be very popular and are a great way to boost higher value purchases.
If you have any unwanted furniture that is in a good clean condition then call and we will arrange to collect them. If you are a business that would like to arrange for your staff to bring their items in to work they can arrange a nominated pick up date.
Bolton Lads and Girls Club would like to extend their thanksto those of you for who have responded already to the request for support for the shops and if you know of anyone else who can spare a few hours per week, then just email their details through and they will contact them with further information.
