Quite simply, THE BEST dentist ever! Lubna, Tracy, Angela, Suzanne and the rest of the team do their utmost to make me and my husband feel welcome and like one of the family. True Dentistry has restored my faith (and teeth) after suffering at the hands of mediocre dentists for years. Dr Lubna is a very experienced Orthodontist, with just under 30 years of experience, she knows her stuff, and she knows how to explain in simple English, no gobble de goop. She's straight to the point, no beating round the bush, no hard selling technique, no emotional selling, we felt she was truly honest and brave enough to sacrifice her time for the interest of the patient.

We did not feel she was after our money at anytime, even though the opportunity was there, due to the condition of my wife's teeth.

Dr Lubna did not expect to spend more than 15 minutes with us but she spent 2 hours without a frown on her face, or the staffs face.

Dr Lubna showed she cared so much, she was expressing her true feeling, if only she had met my wife 20 years ago, 15 years ago, 10 years ago, she could have helped her and her teeth may not be in this bad condition.

Dr Lubna discussed in detail the A-Z scenario of what the future looks like for my wife's teeth.

Dr Lubna gave us all the options available.

Dr Lubna also discussed the importance of the financial element, she did put the important aspect of the healthy side over the cosmetic side and the long term issues.

Dr Lubna treated my wife like a member of her own family, she felt very relaxed, comfortable and in safe hands,my wife felt she was being looked after by her big sister, we did not feel their was any hidden agenda of making money out of us.

I was further impressed, friendly and warm environment. Coffee (latte) great. Unfortunately my appt was delayed as the surgery was busy ad a very warm waiting room but then I am hot blooded. I am looking forward to my screening and am not anxious at all.

I attended a True Dentistry open evening for Invisalign with my daughter. The evening was informative and enabled me to explore a product for my daughter in a very open way without feeling any pressure. Lubna also gave a very honest opinion on the benefits of the treatment but in a manner that was not pushy at all. My daughter was very relaxed during her examination and commented as we left at how lovely and welcoming the whole team were.
