Visited a couple of Lexus Dealerships and none compare to the Bolton branch. Always made to feel at ease with every visit. Had the pleasure of having John (can’t thank him enough) helping me out with getting my first car and he couldn’t have made it easier for me despite having some bank trouble. He really knows his stuff, is extremely helpful and patient and doesn’t push for sales but instead helps you explore your options to give you what you need. Really really happy with the service received, you will be in good hands here!

Just got my first car delivered and the experience is excellent. Laura and Natalie from sales team provided loads support to me a very new driver to make the whole process super smoothly. Tim got the vehicle delivered to Glasgow he is super patient and helpful with my tryout on the new car. It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Lexus Bolton. I dealt specifically with Aidas & he went above and beyond for me. He made sure I was updated regularly, sent me detailed videos about my used car. I did not feel as though it was any less of a purchase just because it was used. You will not be treated like this at any German dealership before or after buying a car. I highly recommend you visit the fantastic team here. Bought a new car from Lexus Bolton and the service was fantastic. I had tried to buy through another Lexus branch but they didn’t return my calls so I bought through Lexus Bolton instead. John Farrington was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car. He was really friendly and helpful. As we live quite far from the centre, John helped arrange for our car to be delivered. Tim, the delivery driver, was great and really punctual. He gave us a one hour timeframe of when he would arrive and gave us the opportunity to have a look around the car before leaving. All in all, great service and I’m really pleased with my new car.

While I rate Lexus for reliability, the reason my wife and I have changed and paid a bit more for this brand is the excellent service at their Bolton garage. Henry Gill, our salesman, has always been prepared to go the extra mile to help, so the buying experience has been tops. Even more importantly, the reviews of the garage re workshop service and quality of work are excellent. Having been let down by Land Rover tech service, I trust Lexus. So a good experience and highly recommended. We now have an UX and NX plug in hybrid.

Laura kept me informed regularly with updates on when I might expected my new car, her estimate was spot on at 6 months!
On the collection day Laura was due to collect me (from Doncaster) at 8.30am and drive me to pick up my car from Bolton. However there's was an issue with taxing it, which meant our best laid plans were all up in the air and I might not be able to collect it. Laura kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Once the car was taxed she moved all her day around to accommodate me and she sent a co-worker to collect me. Laura moved heaven and earth to help me and it was very much appreciated.
Laura is a wonderful, caring and professional young lady and it was MY pleasure to have dealt with her. If I could have given more stars I would!!
