Things couldn't have gone any better. Large bedroom window replaced in a couple of hours. Courteous and efficient. Great price. The quality of the work is perfect, and we had no cleaning up to do whatsoever. Easily one of the best tradesmen we have ever encountered. Hearty recommendations, you couldn't possibly do any better

George and his team were punctual, efficient, professional, and treated the job as a labour of love, treating our home as if it was their very own. We are really pleased with the work that George and his team carried out for us. Josh, Jack and Callum arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They were really friendly from start to finish. We decided on integral blinds between the glass. Josh explained how to use them and we are very happy with the result. Our rooms look brighter, lighter and airier with no fuss about curtains or blinds. George gave us a competitive quote too. 5+ stars from us. Thank you š

Josh who came to our house today to fit our new frame and window has done a brilliant job, very neat and cleaned up after himself including hoovering up his area :) landing window installed from the past as a DIY, GM took on the job to build us a frame to just fit and is also fire escape-able with vents. Got a text to say when they were arriving and he came on time, Iām a very happy client I also asked for more quotes on my next windows I plan on getting done.

These guys are just brilliant.
We had water coming through (and pooling on the floor after heavy rain) and mould around a gable window that the previous owners had installed.
We'd had a few quotes to replace the window, but G thought just from my photo of the outside that we probably needed a new lintel, driptray and weep holes above the window.
He came round to confirm his suspicions, and found us a builder to do the work - who took pictures of how bad the original job was. The existing lintel wasn't even resting on brick. The inside wall needed an internal lintel which would need to be put in later. But we still got the outside fixed AND the new window in the same day.
They then quoted a good price for putting the new lintel in, and a week or so later came round to fit it.
It may have cost a bit more than the original quotes, but not as much as you might think. And we got the problem fixed rather than a new window with the same problem. And as well as not having water running down the walls, the house won't fall down.
And while all this was happening we had a new baby in the house. Didn't disturb her at all. Or make any mess.
Thoroughly recommended.

When I first saw all the five-star reviews on Which? and other websites I was a little sceptical, but I'm glad to say that I've been happily proved wrong. They're genuinely that good and they've restored my faith in the trades (George, maybe you should go into housebuilding???).
Throughout the whole buying and installation process, George has been more than happy to share his knowledge and wisdom and has been incredibly patient with me deliberating over some of the minor details (including several quote changes!). Furthermore, when things haven't quite gone to plan, George has always kept me updated and got them fixed it straight away. He even went above and beyond by putting up wall-mounted post box for me. It's pretty immense customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again (I can certainly see why others have).

Absolute Legend!!! So i found this company on Youtube and then checked them out on Trustpilot and from there went onto their website. I wanted to get a quote however they do not operate in london.
I already had a quote and asked if he can give me his expert opinion on it. Guess what he did? he went beyond that and gave me all the information he could and created a quote for my specs.
Like in UK you hardly come across such individuals and companies!! If they operated in London, i would have paid more just so these guys would do the job for me and i can have a peace of mind!! I cannot say enough about this company. Thank you for helping me out for absolutley no greed or any sort of financial return!!
