Tai Chi - For beginers and intermediates
Why not start each week with a boost to your vitality. Each session will include warm up exercises, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi form exercise, which the group claim if practised regularly can improve muscle control and mobility, and also relieve stress and muscle tension.
These cost either £6.50 per session on the day, or £60 for 10 lessons if paid in advance.
There is a maximum of 12 people in each group, and the first session is free for new starters.
