Tanked Up - the aquatic shop for all your fish and supplies in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas
Eatablished in early 2004, Tanked Up Aquatic Centre in Bognor Regis is run by Dell Butterly, who has been keeping fish for around 20 years. His team have experience of all sorts of fish, but their main specialisation is marine fish.
The Tanked Up Aquatic Centre, with nearly 100 tropical tanks and 40 coldwater tanks not only sell a wide range of species, but offer informed advice to fishkeepers new or old, from Bognor Regis and all around the area. The aquatic shop stocks lots of hand-picked marine fish, as well as inverts, with SPS corals and aquarium plants, with excellent range of displays. It is able to provide custom-built marine systems to order.
Dry good products are sold by Tanked Up, and suppliers include Kent Marine, Tropic Marin, Seachem, ab Aqua Medic, and Deltec, as well as numerous others.
Although Tanked Up of Bognor Regis carries a large range of livestock, Dell Butterly likes to specialise in L-numbers and Malawi cichlids. The centre stocks Daincichi cichlid foods.
The welfare of the livestock at Tanked Up is a prime concern, and the Bognor Regis store is a member of OATA - the Ornamental Aquatic Trade Association, and agrees to meet its Code of Conduct. Members guarantee quality and service, and maintain a very high standard of livestock husbandry. The aquaria and other displays of members should be clean and disease free. They abide by their Code of Conduct, and carry an OATA seal of approval. All fish acquired from an aquatic shop which is an approved member should be healthy and feeding.
