I can not recommend NL Autos enough. I have had a breaking problem with my car recently and took it into the garage to have it looked at. I was informed that it was probably a major issue and could cost £550 plus labour! NL Auto's however asked if they could have the car for a little longer to see if they could find a fix that would cost less. After another day, they had removed an offending part and gued it up to test it. It turned out that this was the problem and a new replacement part cost a fraction of the original quoted cost.

I am very grateful for their integrity and willingness to investigate further in order to save their customer money - well done and a big thank you to all at NL Autos

I was very nervous taking my old wreck of a car to a garage, being female and hearing all the horror stories of how easy it is to get ripped off. All I know about cars is that they have five wheels - four on the car and one to steer with !!

NL Autos explained everything very, very clearly - why the work was needed to get my wreck through the MOT, how it affected the car and other advice that was recommended but not 'forced down my neck'.

I will definitely take my Old Dear back for the other work they recommend and feel confident that the guys know what they're doing and are not out to blind you with technicalities.

The boys at NL Autos are always very fair and honest and I always feel that I've recieved great service and value which is rare nowadays. They never carry out additional work without letting me know, and then always give me a couple of options when various parts are available. I'd recommend them to anyone.

You talk to the people doing the job, not some remote reception employee.They will keep you fully informed initially and any necessary extra work will only be done with your prior consent.Give them a try for all your motoring needs including onsite MOT'S.
