I have dealt with Leaders twice now and on both occasions have been really pleased with their work in finding someone for my flat, the tenants have always been exactly what I have been looking for - I have been extremely pleased. They have been professional and quick in finding the tenants and given me sound advice. What I liked most was that they did what they were asked and didn't try pushing anything onto me that I did not want (i.e. full management etc., though should I need it at anytime I would not hesitate to use them.
