I have now used Taylor made on two seperate occassions during the last 9 months. Firstly for fitted furniture including a custom made bed for a a new loft conversion, then secondly and more recently, for fitted bedroom furniture.I was highly impressed with the service I received from start to finish! Planning, measurements and graphic design was meticulous and the photographic images provide free of charge were very influential in helping me make the decision to proceed with the work.When a follow up home visit was requested for further advice,it was immediately provided.
The work was carried out exactly as scheduled and a change of date on my part was swiftly accomadated.
What was particularly reassuring, and prompted me to use the firm a second time was the cleanliness and care shown by the fitters when working independently in my home - it was first class! I am delighted with the finished product on both jobs and have already made recommendations to both colleagues and friends. about the overall service I received.
