I have been attending Janʼs Slimming World group in Cleveleys on Thursdays from September ʼ06 . My dress size before I started was a size 20 but by May ʼ07 Iam in a dress size 10/12 and i reached my target weight with a loss of 4st 5lb.
I still go most weeks and am now a slimming buddy helping new members feel welcome.
The food optimizing was a great way for me to also eat foods guilt free , I enjoy the occasional chocolate biscuit and chinese takeaway while still losing weight.

I have been going to Janʼs classes on and off for around 3 years. Jan has always been supportive and welcoming, she never makes you feel as though youʼve failed in any way. Her smile says it all, come rain or snow that smile melts away any worries that you may have when you walk into class. The target members are welcoming no matter which class you attend - I have attended the Monday evening at Blackpool and Thursday evening in Cleveleys.

Iʼve been attending Janʼs Slimming world group for just over a year. The atmosphere is great and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Jan is one of the easiest people to talk to. She is extremely supportive and can be contacted by e-mail or phone. There are several target members that are inspiring to other slimmers. The fact that they continue going even after theyʼve hit their target weight just goes to show what how supportive Sliming World is.
