Amanda met the requirements of a 60's themed birthday cake brilliantly. Everyone commented on how well the cake was decorated and how well the 60's moment had been captured. We got married in October of this year and found Amanda extreamly helpful and very professional nothing was too much trouble. We loved the different tiers of fruit and choc cake it went down a real treat with our guests at the evening reception. We asked Amanda to make the cake for our recent wedding in Bolton. Despite living many miles from Blackburn she came to see us at home and was so enthusiastic about our ideas that we knew weʼd found the right person. She was able to source all the extras we asked for even down to a gold glitterball to top the cake! The cake was delivered to the reception for us and looked fantastic, it fitted beautifully with our colour scheme just as weʼd asked. The quality of the different types of cake was superb, especially the wonderfully moist fruit cake. We can recommend her very highly!
We asked Amanda to make a cake for our daughterʼs christening. We wanted something with the ʼwowʼ factor & that is exactly what we got. Amanda met the challenge head on and the end product was truly superb - it certainly had the effect we were looking for. I was delighted with my wedding cake, Iʼm normally not a fan of fruit cake but this truly was delicious! The sponge was also very good, all the guests commented on the quality! Iʼd highly recommend Amanda!
Amanda made my sonʼs christening cake and nothing was too much trouble from the colour to making it personnel to our family. Everybody commented on how fantastic it looked.
I decided that Ibwould purchase a cake for my mums 50th Birthday. Amanda decorated it with my mums favourite colour peach and the sponge was chocolate with chocolate buttons in. It was fantastic. Would recommend Amanda for any cake large or small.
Amanda did my 30th Birthday cake and not only did it look fantastic complete with sparklers and to my colour scheme, but she made it so that it was gluten free and that meant that I could eat it. It was yummy.
The service provided by Amanda was very professional and absolutely brilliant. Once all the details had been arranged I did not have to do anything else or worry about anything. The cake was there in the wedding breakfast room waiting for us. It looked lovely and tasted lovely and lots of people commented on it. Overall we were both very pleased.Lisa & Dan.
