I will not reveal how much of our hard earned beer money had to change hands but John Turner, the club's commercial maestro and officially in the "footballsnicestman" gallery sorted out a great deal for us. It wasn't about the fame and fortune that goes with sponsorship at this level, it's about putting something back... John, himself welcomed us in. sorted kits out, signed programmes and a tunnel pass before explaining that he doesn't do this to make a profit but to see the happy faces of the families.....FIFA 5 stars to you John!

As one of the leading charities in the Bishop's Stortford area, St. Elizabeth's provides positive living and learning for over 200 children, young people and adults with severe epilepsy and other complex needs.
Hello everyone St Elizabeth's needs to replace its 25 year old Night Monitoring System. The system monitors sleeping patterns of our residents and alerts us to any changes that may bring on a seizure. The cost for replacement is £340,000, of which we have secured £100,000. Any help raising the balance would be greatly appreciated, as we are finding it hard now to find the spares, as well as the repairing costs.
