Zumba Fitness Classes
Zumba Fitness is fantastic, fun new fitness class with latin moves and rhythms. You will feel the benefits of this calorie burning workout with easy to follow moves; this is truly a one of a kind work out program. Interval training and resistance training combine to burn fat and tone the body.
Mondays 6pm, - 7.30pm, The Auditorium and 9.10am - 10.10am or 7.30pm - 8.30pm in the dance studio
Wednesdays 11am - 12pm, in the dance studio
Thursdays 9.30am - 10.30am and 11am - 12pm, both in the dance studio
Friday 9.30am - 10.30am in the dance studio
No mat required but bring plenty of water.
