David really is a terrific plumber, wherever possible he'll try to sort an initial fix out as soon as possible and then sort the problem out within a reasonable time thereafter. He did that for me when our programmer failed, he bypassed the unit to get us heating and hot water and within a week had a new wireless programmer/thermostat up and running (even taking time to fix our underfloor heating). Top marks
