I have used Saxon’s for all my building work since they built a small home extension for me in 1986. Since then they have built another home extension, designed and built a family house and, most recently installed a loft conversion. After living in our mid-terraced house for over eight years, we have truly fallen in love with it and the area that it sits in. We wanted an organisation that would take care of everything – and that’s precisely what we got. There are so many Victorian properties in Cambridge like ours - we just hadn’t realised the potential that was just above our heads!
We knew you had built loft conversions close by and once we asked you to pop in and have a look you made the whole process so easy. We now have a beautiful bedroom with en-suite shower room on the second floor. It was intended to be reserved for guests but it quickly became the favourite room of the house, so we’ve turned it into the master bedroom. The great bonus from all of this – one of us now works from home in the spare room. And we are so lucky thanks to your clever design – you suggested installing French doors in the new dormer overlooking the university playing field – how nice it is watching a game of cricket on a peaceful summer’s day.
We certainly recommend inviting Saxon John Brown to make the attic a “loft conversion Cambridge”.
