Lucy worked with us to help us find the best person for a temporary marketing manager role in the company. Why I hear you ask?

Well.........................Why should I be happy with commission based/crazed individuals trying to fit square shapes into round holes to attain monthly targets and why should I feel that I am doing all the work, with the ultimate insult of then being sent an invoice for a unjustifiable figure for supposed services rendered??

...........until I was fortunate enough to come across an agency known as "RecruitAbility", based in Bishop's Stortford. Owned and run by Sisters Lucy and Wendy. Sisters with a wealth of knowledge and experience in recruitment and most importantly, people who actually listened to what I was looking for!

A very switched on duo, who made the process painless, extremely polished and professional in their delivery of good quality candidates and who genuinely understood how frustrating it can be when you as the Client feel that the service is not really for your benefit.

You could almost call me a "Convertee", but hey let’s not be too hasty!!

I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending these 2 ladies to anyone wanting to try an agency with confidence and I would certainly return to them on a future occasion, should I have problems in finding the perfect candidate.

When my son left University he sent RecruitAbility his CV. Within a week they had set him up for an interview for a graduate position which he was offered.
