I bought a family ticket and realised minutes later that i had just purchased it on the disco session. within 5 min of purchasing the tickets i explained to the cashier.In the hope of a refund. I was told it wasnt the policy to do refunds. I pleaded, i still got nowhere. during this process the lady served many families, but was not prepared to give my tichets to the other customers for a discounted price. Unfortunately i recieved the most appauling customer service. very insolent people run this ice rink.

We visited Aimee at her studio with all of the family to get some up to date family photos. Aimee was great with the children and got some fantastic shots, all in a funky but relaxed environment - everyone was over the moon with their pictures! I would happily recommend, in fact I urge a visit!
