Excellent service, the guys were superstars. I had ten quotes and Alan was the most helpful and interested in my move. All the info on the website and emails he sent were very useful.
We would recommend AJ Stephenson, in particular the very hard working and cheerful packing and moving team. Julie, Matt and Stewart especially. However, two reservations were that due to busy scheduling from Head Office we did have to wait approximately 2 hours after we had keys for the van to arrive, and even then there was a further delay for the required staff to return from another job. That said, all your employees worked really hard and cheerfully, all day.
The removal men were faced with a difficult task because we have very weighty, heavy book and bookcases - but they rose to the occasion magnificently. We are very grateful to them.
