Jill is an excellent personal trainer. What really impressed me was her ability to listen and understand my needs and create a challenging programme for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis in all my joints so Jill was certainly challenged to devise a programme to get me strong and healthy without damaging my joints. I really enjoyed the programme and Jill's instruction style is superb - not too pushy or aggressive - she challenges you in a nice, friendly manner but also firm and professional. Since training with Jill I feel so much better in myself, I have lost a stone in weight and overall inch loss of 6 inches. I would recommend Jill to anyone no matter their age, shape or size in a heart beat. Thank you Jill.

Jill has been my personal trainer for over a year now. After suffering with a back injury and damage knees, Jill has worked with me to strengthen weak areas the result being less pain, increased strength and overall fitness. I have been part of JIllz keep fit classes for a number of years - she has also been my personal trainer as well. Jill is very understanding and caring but very professional and encouraging. She acknowledges your capabilities and goals and is always there to support you at any time. I would not go to anyone else but Hill.

I contacted Jill after I had been floundering with my exercise regime and I was on the see-food-and-eat-it diet! I was getting bored and had lost motivation with it all and I had my holiday coming up, so I knew something had to be done and that I needed help as I couldn’t do it on my own! Jill spent our first session listening to what I wanted to achieve and designed a realistic eating and exercise programme to suit my individual needs.

Jill was able to motivate me and keep me on track with words of encouragement on the occasions when I fell off the diet wagon! Jill managed to find the positives and guide me back on track, she always ensures that the right level of support is tailored to your needs. Being able to email or text Jill encouraged me to try to make the right choices. Jill is friendly, understands the issues surrounding the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle and she fully committed to encouraging you to achieve weight loss and your exercise goals.

With Jill’s coaching and guidance I have lost 8 1/4lbs and 13.5cm in 4weeks, as well as reducing my hip to waist ratio and body fat %.

Jill is reliable, punctual and very discreet. Knowing I had a weekly appointment with Jill focussed me and has really spurred me on, she was ready with ideas and suggestions as to how to stay focussed on my goals. She puts you at ease with her flexible approach to losing weight, getting fit whilst having fun. Jill’s classes are very friendly and the group made me feel so welcome, I would also recommend for anyone to go and try one.

Jill managed to make exercising less of a chore by adding variety into the workouts and introducing me to new activities, like the Kangoo jumps. With Jill’s advice I feel that I am back on track with regaining my fitness and I am now in control of my eating habits. Jill has provided me with the tools to achieve and maintain my fitness and to continue with my weight loss. Thank you Jill!

Jill simply changed my life!! Having carried almost 3 stone extra weight after having my children – I just could never lose it, but with Jill I got into a size 10 dress for my daughters Holy Communion. I felt absolutely amazing. Over the years I had tried various diets and groups – I sat at meetings and listened, then felt left to it from week to week.

Jill however knew me, my family and my lifestyle. This was the missing link. She helped me through the most tricky times and offered great but simple solutions. The weight kept coming off. Jill would phone or text right when I needed her. Even now 18 months later I can call her for that boost to keep me along the right track. I feel so much healthier, fitter and ultimately happier with how I look. Thank you Jill!

Never one for the gym I joined Jills 50+ class and quickly started to enjoy the exercise with a very friendly group of ladies. Wanting to get fitter for a holiday in Australia I asked Jill to help me as a Personal Trainer. With her expertise and encouragement I have been able to achieve a level of fitness I never thought possible at 70yrs old. She has given me the knowledge and help I needed to get to this point and has encouraged me to maintain this level of fitness that has helped me both physically and mentally. THANK YOU SO MUCH JILL

I went to Barleylands Craft Shops, I looked in the window of the Dance Studios and saw an advertisement for Ladies Keepfit.

I decided to join, I was made very welcome by Jill and the ladies at the class were also very welcoming and friendly.

Considering I have IBS and was suffering quite alot, the Keepfit class has helped an awful lot and I have lost half a stone in weight.

I have made a quite a few friends there and I wouldn't be without the class now. I am pleased that the classes are now held twice a week. Jill is like a friend to all of us.

Thank you Jill, for making the class fun and inspiring.

Jill is a fantastic personal trainer, she will listens and motivate having found out first what it is that actually motivates you, so she provides a very personally tailored service. I have always found her to be willing to work with me and my quirks and not to be phased by my massive backward steps on occasion. So Iʼm still two steps forward and one back sometimes, but I know that with Jillʼs help Iʼll reach my goals.

I was at the fed up fat and soon to be fifty stage when Jill arrived to help me. She gave me a sympathetic ear, firm but fair words of encouragement to motivate me to eat healthily and get the most out of my exercise routine. I have been working with Jill for around ten months, and have found my motivation to lose weight has increased so much that I have actually been spotted in a gym! Jill is always totally discreet, reliable and punctual, and ready with ideas and suggestions as to how to go forward. She will exercise at home with you, or support you in the gym, and can also provide recipe ideas to help with the planning side of things. Knowing I have a weekly appointment has really spurred me on, and I could not recommend Jill highly enough. Of course, ultimately it is up to you to stick to a diet, but Jillʼs support has made the whole business a great deal less painful than it might be!!

I have been with Jill for nearly a year and with her personel tailored sessions she has managed to motivate me into losing 21 lbs which I have kept off with her support for 5 months.Jill is quietly passionate about giving people that feel good factor about themselves and I canʼt rate her highly enough. Jill not only helped me lose weight, she introduced me to a new life style. I had dabbled with diets and gyms and tried well-known organisations but these only dealt with one aspect of my way of life at a time. Jill lead me to an over-all approach. She helped me to enjoy excercise as well as lose weight and, for the first time in my life, I felt totally in control. I started jogging and reached that point where I was proud of my body and what it could achieve. I moved away from Billericay and since my last session with Jill I have been through a serious bout of ill health which affected my ability to exercise but what Jill taught me has stayed with me and kept me on the right path, saving me from my previous back-sliding. I was getting bored and losing motivation for my usual workout but was at a loss as to how I could change it. I decided I needed professional help to give my workout a make-over. I found Jill at my local gym and asked her if she had any ideas. She totally turned my workout around. I now no longer have just one workout but several I can chose from so I never get bored and we even update those on a regular basis. Iʼm loving it now and I know sheʼs always there for support. Sheʼs flexible with hours as I work shifts and always turns up on time. I now consider my workout time with Jill as part of my social life which is an unexpected bonus!
