What an inspriation!
Sat there last night with my partner Suzanne.She's not overly into athletics but I turned round and said watch this man, watch watch watch and we were both gobsmacked about how far a field Usain Bolt was compared to every one of the other competitors, it was as though he was the only one in the race. I only wish I had a bet on him like I did last time he broke the world record because I fancied him doing it after I watched the semi final.
But if anybody needs some inspiration, I suppose he is the man to go to, just record that clip and carry on watching it, if I watched that every morning I would probably be a different person.
