The service from Carpet Traders was superb. They were friendly, quick and efficient. Quote given on Monday afternoon, job finished in two hours on Wednesday afternoon. Quick turn around was much appreciated as carpet laid in hall and the master bedroom whilst my wife was in hospital. This made life much easier as my wife is in a wheelchair.

Great to have such a good local service available. Massive range of flooring options and helpful & friendly service. Derek helped me choose a carpet to suit my budget & even let me take samples home to see how they would fit against my wall colourings. I had my whole house recarpeted in two stages and Derek was happy and able to accommodate this. Even when I had problems with my redecoration project which meant a delay in being ready for the carpet to be fitted, Derek was happy to store my carpet until I was ready, no problem. It certainly made things a whole lot easier for me & I am so so grateful.
Different fitters came for each of the fittings but they were all great. Very friendly, quick and tidy and most importantly my carpets look fab!!

Would thoroughly recommend this company. Derrick was very helpful and knowledgable helping us choose a suitable carpet for each of our rooms and measured everything for us. Each time we had a room fitted, Tony and Darrell turned up when they said they would and did a superb job. When it came to our stairs and hallway, they had a really difficult job as the hall isn't square and the stairs are all different sizes. They took their time and ensured that the end result is nothing short of perfection. It has completely transformed our house and we are extremely grateful for their hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys and will be using them again when we get the energy to our porch and living room.

Derek and Carpet Traders were recommended to us. We had an appliance leak in the kitchen which meant the kitchen floor covering and wood underlay had to be completely replaced, all at very short notice. Carpet Traders responded very quickly with a quote, an early date for the work and completion all within three working days. The quality of the work was very good (thanks to the fitter, Alan, and his partner) and at good value. I would recommend them.
