I have two little kittens, I have taken them down to Bicester vets for their check ups, operation to be spayed and injections. The staff from receptionists to nurse to vets are amazing, very helpful, reassuring and always on the end of the phone for advice. The kittens are fine once they are in there. Thank you Bicester vets
Since moving to Bicester six years ago, Bicester Vets have always been the place I have taken my cats. I can't fault them. They are very friendly and welcolming for starters. They are very considerate in difficult circumstances, and their kindness and care is lovely. They take their time with you, and are there for you 24/7. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fully recommended!
My dog loves them! All staff are friendy and professional, they care and only want the best for the animals they care for. Staff are also very supportive to the humans too!! They're wonderful.
They look after my animals with love and care and my dogs love them:)
They are so kind, helpful and compassionate towards their clients and patients.
All the staff are very friendly, easy to get appointments. Would recommend to family and friends.
I love Bicester Vets because all the staff are very friendly and professional
Best Vets Ever! They care each time I bring my cats in, no matter what.
Bicester Vets in Bicester are best with the patients' owners!
Bicester Vets are wonderful. They have treated and saved a number of our pets, and those they couldn't save have been let go with kindness and dignity. Having recently experienced a far less flexible and helpful vet practice near my workplace, I can really say they are the best. We have been going to them for 20 years, and would not want to go anywhere else.
BICESTER VETS are the most caring compassionatefriendly Vets, that you can trust the most presious member of your Family with.
We have been using Bicester Vets for 10 years now with our dogs and cats. Always the treatment of us and our pets has been excellent. One particular moment which stays in my mind is when we had to have one of our beautiful Hamiltonstovare put to sleep. Her name was Foxy Lady but we used to have other little pet names for her - one being Sweetpea. When we arrived to have the awful deed done Jason was there to greet us and as we gently encouraged her to walk in the door he said to her "Come on Sweetpea". It may seem a silly little thing but it was the fact he had bothered to take notice of our pet name for her. We have always felt that everyone there actually cares about us and our pets. The caring, compassionate way in which Jason dealt with our beautiful Sweetpea on that awful day will stay with me forever.
All the staff at Bicester vets are friendly and helpful ... they understand that your pet is a really important part of your family.
Have used Bicester vets for the past 11 years for our cats and have always been pleased with the care we they have received. Since the arrival of Harvey, our Springer Spaniel, we have had many more visits (as he is always getting into mischief). Palli is the most fantastic vet who really cares about your pet, calling to check up on them and going out of her way to ensure your pet gets the best treatment. Harvey wouldn't let us go anywhere else and we wouldn't want to.
Bicester Vets have always given a fantastic level of care to my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's (Chestnut & Hazel) and I would certainly recommend them to anyone with a pet!
Thank you so much! Any time I phone I get a really friendly response, and the other day when I needed help with a new pet you were so helpful and I felt went out of your way to help me. Any time I come in who ever I see you have always been so helpful and so friendly, although my Dogs aren't to keen I love coming in! Thank you so much and I highly recommend you!
The service and treatment provided by Bicester vets, medics and reception staff, is second to none! Dave the Hamster suffered a severly broken leg which was traumatic for both him and me! He had a 'cast' placed on the leg but chewed it off overnight. It was replaced the next morning - Free of Charge! - and managed to do the trick. Dave is a very happy active Hamster who has just turned 2yrs of age. Without the prompt help, care and treatment of Bicester Vets he certainly wouldn't be with us today. Thanks for all your help!
We have been coming to Bicester Vets for about 20 years and they have seen us with five cats. Their handling of pet bereavement is wonderful, from preserving as natural a body for the family to say goodbye to efficiently upating records so there are no awkward moments at the next visit with another pet.Without exception the staff are lovely; they almost make you feel like your animal is their favourite which is a big thing to those who love their pets. Years ago we have used other vets both locally and where we used to live and these guys leave them standing. Well done Bicester Vets!!!!
This was my first visit since moving to Bicester and found them friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy surroundings. Glad my cat goes there.
Very good service, I have already recomended to lots of people. Very caring and considerate
I would recommend Bicester Vets to anybody! My Akita was very very poorly a lot through his life and he made it to the grand age of 12 (actually 1 week shy of his 13th birthday) due to the fabulous staff there. He had to be rushed in 4 times with bloat and twice with a twisted stomach, all of these times I was lucky enough to be around when he got it, rushed him in (usually in the middle of the night) and they saved his life every time. I can't thank them all enough, not just the vets but the great vet nurses and receptionists too! He had LOTS of other things wrong over the years and they were all so caring and compassionate. I also found my 10ft python submerged in water in his vivarium, he was completely unresponsive and I rushed him in (he had turned white from his usual bright yellow colour). This wasn't a regular day to day pet and you can safely say they have never dealt with a nearly drowned python before but they pulled out all the stops and saved him too!!! THANK YOU X
Bicester Vets were so supportive through the difficult process of deciding not to put our much loved but aged family dog through lots of tests and treatments when her health went downhill abruptly; facilitating instead the quick and painless end we wanted for her. Staff handled our distress with professionalism, sympathy and tact - much appreciated on the day and since. A great team, thanks guys.
You have been so supportive to me for many years especially since my Sooty was diagnosed with cancer. Really appreciate your kindness and care with me and Sooty and Sweep. So reassuring to know that you are there for us 24/7. Would never go to another practice and always recommend you to others as you are the BEST. Nothing is too much trouble for any of you. Always cheerful in everything you do in dealing with me.
Bicester Vets have been so kind and good to my cat Peekay since my wife and I got our cat from the RSPCA. Many thanks : )
I would like to say how well the staff and vets help so much and also they are most sincere and loyal to everything they do for you.
Lucky by name and lucky to have been taken to Bicester Vets.My dog was more unwell than I realised and needed a lot of care and treatment being kept overnight followed by more checks.Lucky is now fully recovered thanks to the best vet in town.I fully recommend Bicester Vets and so would Lucky if she could talk.Keith Lester.
I can't thank Bicester vets enough for the care, excellent treatment and compassion shown to my cat during his illness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Nothing could have saved him, but I know he had the best treatment he could and great care and dignity at the end, and the compassion shown towards me. I have used Bicester vets for 14 years and have nothing but praise and good things to say about them. They are truly outstanding.
We homed two cats from the RSPCA at Blackberry Farm during the autumn of 2010. Since then the cats have been MOT'd by the vets and have been very well cared for with efficent and friendly staff.Recommend without hesitation.Jeremy
I have been taking my cat to Bicester Vets since we adopted him from the RSPCA. The staff both on reception and on the surgical side have always been caring and excellent. I discovered post adoption that our cat was epileptic and this has required special care and monitoring. The vets have always dealt with the anxious owners and scared cat kindly.
I have known Bicester Vets for many years since they were in a little place in what is now Wesley Lane. They are the most caring people and have always looked after my animals. I would not hesitate in telling anybody to take their animals to the best vets in town. 5 hearts "the best".Christine WheelerArdley

Nothing is too much bother when you are worried about one of your animals, and they know that we know our pets so if we say there is something wrong they keep going till they find out what it is. When its time to say farewell to a much beloved pet they make it as copable as humanly possible, nothing is rushed and you are allowed time to say goodbye, they are understanding and have great empathy for our loved ones.. a wopping 10 they should be given
Bicester Vets is fantastic, I cannot fault them in any way:..they take excellent care of my three cats and me!..The receptionist are polite friendly and professional, nothing is to much trouble, thank you.RegardsJane & John
Top vets in Bicester. Highly recommended. Been with the vets for 20 years and never change.
When we fostered and later adopted an RSPCA rescued cruelty case cat, Sam, we 'inherited' Bicester Vets with him as they had been his carers for some 20 months during the legal proceedings. It made perfect sense to stay with them, even though other veterinary practices were nearer for us, as they had so much knowledge and experience of his hefty medical history . Sam has had a number of procedures and continues to be a chronically sick cat but with good diet, the right medication and on-going support at Bicester Vets he enjoys a very good quality of life, something we hope will continue for years to come.During some of the tenser moments with Sam's condition, I turned into a virtual stalker by e-mail, bombarding them either with questions or research I had found and at no time was I made to feel as though I was a nuisance or over-zealous 'mum'! My queries were always answered quickly.Thank you, all at Bicester Vets. 5 Hearts from Sam & 'mum' Gwen Lismonde.
I have been to countless vets with my big dog because we travel a lot. I have never been so impressed with a vets office until I went to Bicester Vets. The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful, the doctors promptly call you back if you have a question over the phone, the doctors and nurses are confident with my dog, everyone knows what they are doing, and I have never felt rushed or ignored. I am hugely impressed with this place and I will never take my pets anywhere else. The customer service is down right amazing and the treatment my dog receives is top notch. I wish I could better express how much I appreciate the people at Bicester Vets, they go above and beyond all of my expectations and I am so thankful for them!
Bicester Vets. we have high esteem for the folks there. We used their services for over 17 years for our cat. We always new our Duchess was in very caring hands when we took her there up until the end when she died. They were so caring and helpful, we thank them so much for being there.Cheers,Fred & Ann Coates
We've been taking our dog to Bicester Vets for 13 years, and throughout had excellent care, but most importantly, thoughtful care with brilliant explanations. We lost our dog in November and during this awful period, the decisions to be made were so well explained and considered. Our new dog from August last year has had great veterinary care too - for all this, I decide to drive 12 miles instead of a potential 4!
These people do care, a while ago my beautiful gun dog was involved in a terrible accident, we took him to Bicester Vets as they were nearest, they did everything they could, and have good on site facilities, I could see they did everything possible, and really cared, I don't think he could have been treated better, now we take all our animals to them, I think they are all good, but we talk to Palli, she understands how much my 2 year old gun dog means to us..and the cat!
My cat has been going to Bicester Vets since we moved here three years ago. Last year she was very ill and had to spend a week with them. They updated me every day and I was able to visit. Today you could not tell that she had been ill.
Bicester Vets is fantastic, I cannot fault them in any way...they take excellent care of my 2 dogs and me! The receptionists are lovely too, very friendly and professional.Thank you for all the advice, help and care you have given to me and my doggies over the years.5 hearts from me.
Bicester Vets has helped care for the animals we love for more than 30 years, always caring, highly professional, and very considerate. And theirs is a happy place, where you know treatment will be efficient, compassionate and "the best". Five hearts! Mrs. Marcia Davis
Bicester Vets have been excellent in dealing with our 2 aged cats (although we unfortunately had to lose one of them). They never make you feel rushed and explan everything excellently. Our pets couldn't have had better care.
Bicester Vets are just brilliant, very friendly staff always helpfull, I have always gone to Bicester vets and so does all my family, we have been going to them for years. I recently had to take my Jack Russell Buffy, who was very poorly, they kept her immediately and did tests, she made a full recovery. I have had to call them out of hours and they seen my dog straight away. Thank you Bicester Vets.
